What is Gas Safe Register?
Gas Safe Register is the official UK list of engineers qualified to work legally and safely on gas appliances. - Is Gas Safe the same as CORGI?
- No. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI registration in Great Britain on 1 April 2009. CORGI no longer certifies gas engineers, so a current Gas Safe registration — not an old CORGI card — is the only valid proof of competence.
